State Indemnity Guidance
This guidance (State Indemnity Guidance 4) provides risk management advice on the use of motor vehicles by State Authorities.
Use of private vehicles for business purposes

This checklist can be used to assess the suitability of State Authority employees to drive for work.
State Indemnity Guidance
In line with our statutory risk management mandate, the State Claims Agency provide risk management advice and assistance to delegated State authorities, on whose behalf we manage personal injury and third-party property damage claims.
