In line with its statutory risk management mandate, the State Claims Agency provides indemnity and risk management advice and assistance to State authorities in the health and social care sector whose claims are delegated for management to the State Claims Agency.

To enhance knowledge and understanding of State indemnity and clinical indemnity cover in State authorities, the State Claims Agency may issue guidance in relation to common indemnity queries.
