The State Claims Agency provides a range of training options to help and support NIMS users to develop their expertise and upskill.
Training is an essential part of our service to users to ensure they are competent in using the system and the self-service analytic and reporting capabilities available to their organisation.
We have developed a range of hands-on face-to-face, remote and e-learning training options to support NIMS users. This blended learning approach helps users to better retain knowledge and promotes an effective learning experience.
NIMS training options
Our available training options include:

- Bespoke specialist NIMS training
We also regularly engage with users and their organisations about NIMS through our established risk management education sessions, forums and client networks.
NIMS users should contact their organisation’s nominated NIMS Liaison to request access to training, in the first instance.
