New State Indemnity Guidance

This State Indemnity Guidance sets out the scope of State indemnity cover and risk management considerations for use of these premises/structures.

The guidance contains practical risk management considerations and template agreements to streamline the process. This guidance can be used during the COVID-19 pandemic and when business returns to normal.
