Drawing on the State Claims Agency’s unique perspective, this video aims to help health and social care professionals optimise documentation practice in line with expected legal, professional, and regulatory standards.

In this video, Yvonne Fallon, Clinical Risk Advisor, and Dr Natasha Coen, Senior Clinical Risk Manager, speak about documenting in clinical practice, share learning from claims, and provide practical advice on how to get it right.
