The State Claims Agency is hosting, in April, May and June, our 2021 Quality, Clinical Risk and Patient Safety webinar series, which aims to educate and inspire those involved in advancing service user safety in health and social care.

Across this series, we will examine, together with national and international speakers, the theme ‘Implementing and sustaining change in health and social care’, in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
