New State Indemnity Guidance

We have developed new guidance on State indemnity, incident reporting and risk management, under the Clinical Indemnity Scheme and General Indemnity Scheme, to support doctors, nurses, midwives and allied healthcare professionals, in light of the IT cyber-attack on the health and social care sector from 14 May 2021.
